Shahla Whitmore is the Founder and President of Angelbare, a leading Permanent Cosmetic clinic in Boston. She brings over a decade of beauty experience to her artistry. She gained her training and knowledge in Europe and America, where she learned and taught a variety of different Permanent Cosmetic techniques. Shahla is also a Permanent Cosmetics Instructor in the Boston area and has helped others begin new careers in the Permanent Cosmetic Industry.
Because of her expertise, experience and talent, Shahla has been responsible for curriculum development and program implementation in prestigious schools around the globe. Shahla has also received in-depth training in make-up and aesthetics, which introduced her to the art of permanent cosmetics.
As a Dermapigmentologist performing permanent cosmetic procedures for over 15 years, she has been helping people become more attractive. She helps those who are active in sports, allergic to conventional make-up or seek correction of asymmetrical facial features.
Shahla’s motto is, “When my clients look better, they feel better and I am happy to help with that.” Her specialized and unique services are about helping and enhancing individual facial features or the entire look of a person.
Permanent cosmetics, also known as micropigmentation, enhance the look of anyone with a blemish or imperfect facial structure. People who wish to look beautiful everyday with a minimum amount of effort have found the solution at Angelbare. Some of the patients Shahla works with are cancer survivors, people with alopecia, Parkinson’s disease patients, and clients with albinism. Her goal is to enhance the personal and professional image of each client using state of the art techniques and personal artistic skills. Her very natural looking results flatter, without overstepping good taste.
Children have a special place in Shahla’s heart. She offers free eyebrow creation procedures or scar treatments to those who have been victims of accidents. For clients who suffer from hair loss or thinning, Shahla offers the most advanced, proven hair restoration treatment. Laser Light Therapy (LLT) is a noninvasive, FDA approved technology to stop hair loss and restart hair growth without the use of drugs, chemicals, or surgery.
In 2008, Shahla married her passion for helping others with her love of animals through the use of permanent cosmetics. She achieved her certification in Animal Art, which allows Shahla to extend her services to four-legged friends as well. Her Animal Art treatments range from preventing eye cancer in horses to protecting dogs from sun burn and damage on their noses and paws. Animal Art, which uses micro-pigmentation, can protect and prolong the lives of animals.
Shahla keeps her skills and knowledge at the cutting edge with research and participation in educational seminars. In 2005, she became an Advanced Permanent Cosmetic Instructor and started offering certifications to aspiring students. She is also a certified Paramedical Professional.
